For those of you who know me, you know I’m not a sports fan. Repeat. NOT a sports fan. But, Sweet Daddy very much IS. As a kid, teenager, and young adult, he participated in/played soccer, basketball, swimming, baseball, and football. Nowdays he just plays golf, but, he loves to watch any and every sport on TV, especially basketball and football. This means I’m subjected to countless weekly games and loss of remote control use on our only TV.
So, I inevitably end up “watching” the Super Bowl every year. It’s always important to have plenty of snacks on hand whether you’re rooting for your favorite team or merely watching for the new commercials. Hey–I know I’m not the only one!
I’ve compiled a list of vegan snacks that are great for the Super Bowl or any gameday:
Artichoke Dip with French bread and chips
Not So Sloppy Joes (prepared the day before and microwaved on gameday)
Chocolatey Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies
Vegan Ranch with raw veggies
And don’t forget the chips, salsa, hummus, and guacamole!
