Adapted from a Vegweb recipe
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (nooch)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. Earth Balance
- 3/4 cup salsa or picante sauce
In a saucepan, combine dry ingredients. Whisk in the water and heat over medium heat.
Whisk constantly until sauce is thickened. Remove from heat.
Stir in Earth Balance until melted. Stir in salsa.
Cook over low heat until salsa is heated through.
