- 1- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts in water (not oil), drained and chopped (all I had on hand was a 9.5 oz. jar of artichoke hearts and it turned out just fine)
- 3/4 cup Vegenaise vegan mayo
- 1/2 cup Parma brand vegan parmesan “cheese”
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1- 6 oz. can diced green chiles (optional)
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Eat with your favorite tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, or slices of baguette bread. Yum!
