2 cups powdered sugar
2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp. almond or soy milk
4 tsp. agave nectar or light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, add sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and agave nectar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and glossy.
Divide into separate bowls. Add food coloring and mix. Dip cookies or paint the icing on with a brush.
Allow to dry.
These won’t last long.
