- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 package Morning Star Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles (Edited to add: I just found out that Morningstar Recipe Crumbles are no longer vegan. Instead, use Boca Meatless Ground Crumbles or Smart Ground Original Veggie Protein Crumbles)
- 1/2 package whole wheat spaghetti noodles, cooked according to package directions
- taco shells
- vegan parmesan cheese (optional)
This is the first time I’ve opened a package of taco shells and they were all in one piece.
Cook spaghetti sauce and 1/2 package recipe crumbles in medium saucepan over medium heat until heated through.
Cook 1/2 package spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain. Add noodles to sauce and stir.
Use tongs to put the spaghetti into taco shell. Add parmesan cheese (optional).
