  • 2 ⅔ c. champignon mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 c. plain soy yogurt
  • Hard Vegan cheese, grated

This light but hearty vegetable dish is a tasty combination of green beans and mushrooms with cheese. It is especially nice to eat this dish for breakfast, and while the beans are still hot. The dish can be cooked and served in individual portions, if desired, for originality. In addition, green beans are more nutritious than other beans and less high-calorie, making them very popular among healthy eaters. A green bean casserole is a simple and tasty recipe that will preserve the maximum benefits from nature in the dish.



Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180° C (356 ° F) and start to prep the vegetables. Finely chop the onion.

Step 2

Transfer the chopped onion to a preheated pan, add mushrooms, salt and pepper, and continue to fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add beans (freshly cooked or frozen); cook for another 6-10 minutes.
