- 2 ⅔ c. champignon mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Ground pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 1 c. plain soy yogurt
- Hard Vegan cheese, grated
This light but hearty vegetable dish is a tasty combination of green beans and mushrooms with cheese. It is especially nice to eat this dish for breakfast, and while the beans are still hot. The dish can be cooked and served in individual portions, if desired, for originality.
