Notes

Selection and storage of broccoli cabbage
When choosing fresh broccoli cabbage, you need to pay attention to the appearance of the vegetable – the color is saturated dark green, the absence of damage, dark spots and lethargy. The shelf life of fresh broccoli should not exceed 7-9 days, otherwise most of the vitamins and nutrients will be lost. Therefore, broccoli must be used quickly enough or frozen, so the loss of vitamins will be much less. When buying frozen broccoli cabbage, you should give preference to the product in a transparent package to see and evaluate the color of the cabbage and the absence of frost on the inflorescences.

Vegetable dish for every day from baked broccoli. When serving, pour orange juice and crumble feta cheese.
