Today I decided to make energy candies in the form of cookies. I haven’t made a snack of seeds for a long time, so this cookie mainly consists of pumpkin seeds and dates. The recipe, as usual, is very simple. All you need is a blender.
Method
Step 1
1. Soak dates in hot water
Step 2
2. Remove the seeds from the dates.
Step 3
3. Place dates, sunflower seeds, syrup and pumpkin seeds in a blender, mix until a sticky, uniform paste is obtained (the degree of crushing of the ingredients is up to you)
Step 4
4. Put the mass on a plate and form cookies of any shape. If you don't like it sticking a little to your hands, you can sprinkle it in the form of coconut.
