Ingredients

  • 1 batch Mmmm Sauce (note: I didn’t have any dried cilantro in my batch and it still turned out great)
  • 4 oz. (1 1/3 cups) orzo
  • 3 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

Method

Step 1

Steam the broccoli until it’s tender, about 8 minutes. In the meantime, cook the orzo according to package directions.

Step 2

Drain the orzo and put it in a bowl. Chop the broccoli into smaller pieces.

Step 3

Add the broccoli, black beans, and Mmmm Sauce to the bowl. Stir to combine.
