Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
Put the beans and the hummus in a bowl and mash them with a fork or a pastry cutter.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. Use as a sandwich or wrap spread or use it as a soft taco filling. Top with tomatoes, lettuce, etc.
