- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Silk Organic Unsweetened Soymilk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1 scoop Twinlab Vege Fuel soy protein
- 1/4 cup peanut flour
- 5 oz. spinach

Step 1
After day 1, it was painfully obvious that I need more protein food choices. I’ll pick some up on Friday when I go grocery shopping. In the meantime, it’s Boca patties and protein powder for me.
