Chia pudding is a special and unique dessert that is distinguished by its unusual appearance, taste and extreme benefits for the body. Besides the fact that the dessert has an amazing pleasant taste, it also improves the digestive and cardiovascular system, provides the body with a lot of vitamins and minerals. And you imagine how delicious the dessert will be if it is supplemented with some kind of sweet fruit!

Method

Step 1

First, take a deep plate in which we send a ripe and sweet banana. After that, you need to grind it into a smoothie. This can be done with a blender, or with an ordinary fork.

Step 2

Next, in a banana puree, send two tablespoons of healthy chia seeds. Mix the mass until smooth.

Step 3

Now we need one and a half tablespoons of syrup or honey. Add it to the banana and chia.

Step 4

Pour a glass of vegetable milk into the mixed homogeneous mass.

Step 5

The resulting mass is mixed until smooth.

Step 6

Ship our future pudding to a batch capacity.

Step 7

Cover the cup with cling film and put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or at night. After that, the chia pudding is ready. If desired, you can decorate it with appropriate fruits or other ingredients.
