  • •2 tbsp. any vegetable oil

  • •3/4 c. plant milk
  • •10 tbsp. flour

What is special about pancakes?

The main feature of pancakes is indicated in their name. Pancake literally means “cake in a pan.” They are fried in a dry pan. Therefore, pancakes are less oily.

These delicate banana pancakes cook very quickly, perfect for breakfast. Serve the pancakes immediately after cooking, while still warm, with honey, jam or any sweet syrup. These pancakes are very tasty with a light banana flavor. Try them out!

Method

Step 1

First, mash the banana with a fork.

Step 2

Then add flour and baking powder and mix until blended.

Step 3

Gradually pour in plant milk and stir.

Step 4

Add vegetable oil and mix well. The mixture should be thick, like a regular pancake batter.

Step 5

Use a spoon to spread the dough in a non-stick pan and fry over medium heat on one side until bubbles appear, then flip and fry on the other side for about a minute.

Step 6

Put the prepared pancakes on a plate and pour maple, date or any other syrup over the top. I got 13 pancakes from this recipe.
