“Parmesan” Baguette Appetizer
- 1 loaf baguette bread, sliced 1/4″ to 1/2″ thick
- 3/4 cup Vegenaise
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast (nooch)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
Turn your oven to BROIL.
In a small bowl, add Vegenaise, nooch, garlic powder, and green onions and stir to combine.
With a knife, spread a little of the mixture on each slice of bread and put them on a cookie sheet.
BROIL for 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
