  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves
  • 3/8 cup nutritional yeast (nooch)
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup water
