Noochy Black Bean Hummus
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves
- 3/8 cup nutritional yeast (nooch)
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup water
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
I’m sure you’re all going to love this as much as the boys and I did. I couldn’t keep them away from the dip or the carrots long enough to snap a few photos.
And now that my photos are done, I’m going to see how much Noochy Black Bean Hummus I can eat in one sitting.
I predict it’ll be a lot.
