Green Protein Smoothie (makes 2 servings)
1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup Silk Organic Unsweetened Soymilk
1/2 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
1 scoop Twinlab Vege Fuel soy protein
1/4 cup peanut flour
5 oz. spinach

Green Protein Smoothie Makes 2 Servings

After day 1, it was painfully obvious that I need more protein food choices.  I’ll pick some up on Friday when I go grocery shopping.  In the meantime, it’s Boca patties and protein powder for me.
