Ingredients

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 whole wheat English muffin
  • 1-2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • sliced black olives
  • sliced grape tomatoes
  • diced white onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Daiya Cheddar Style Shreds (to hold all the toppings on)
Top the English Muffin with the pizza sauce.  Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. Daiya cheese over the pizza sauce.  Add the olives, tomatoes, and white onion (and any other veggies you want to add).  Top with the remaining Daiya cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

As with any pizza, the possibilities are endless.  Experiment with all kinds of different toppings.  I love to eat them with a salad on the side.  Or eat a BIG salad with a little pizza on the side.
