Try my original recipe for Chia Seed Pudding, which can be prepared at home.
This is not only a tasty and healthy dessert but also beautiful—you can use it to decorate a festive table!
3 T. Chia Seeds
5 oz. Vegan yogurt without additives
½ t. Syrup (any kind)
Fresh or frozen berries (I use raspberries and blueberries)
Mix chia seeds with yogurt and syrup. Let rest overnight, ideally, or at least 4 hours.
Use a blender to puree the berries.
At the bottom of a glass, spread the chia seeds mixed with yogurt. Then spread the berry puree, then another layer of chia with yogurt. Decorate with strawberries and blueberries.
For the filling, you can use different fruits and toppings: banana, kiwi, mango, fig, pumpkin, nuts, coconut and more.
