10 Practical Tips for Vegan Beginners

Do not twist your arm

If going vegan really seems worth doing to you, it’s a rare man who is able to start it overnight without enough practice and knowledge. After all, changing your old habits usually takes some time, so starting slow seems to be the most reasonable decision. Imposing gradual restrictions looks like a good idea, so you can start with putting bounds to dairy products first, and trying to limit eggs next.

Another approach might be introducing one vegan meal a day, and then (maybe next week) slowly increase this pattern to two, and finally, three vegan meals a day.
